No. Trainees and parents use Aqademy Portal in the browser on any phone, in Arabic or English.
Cash at the desk, or by bank transfer, InstaPay or a mobile wallet: the parent sends the receipt from the portal, your staff check it, and the payment is recorded against the trainee.
If the absence meets your rules, it becomes a makeup credit. The trainee books another class at the same level from the portal, and the register shows it as a makeup. You set the rules: the notice needed, how long a credit lasts and how many a month.
There are four packages: Kickoff, Pro, Elite and Signature, each priced by your active trainees and branches. Pay month to month, or commit for 6 or 12 months and pay less each month. The packages section shows your price as you set your size.
No. Access is set per branch and per role. A coach sees their own classes and the trainees in them, and nothing else.
